Our Machinery

Quality starts with inspection. That’s why Veehof has a fully climate-controlled measurement room, where temperature and humidity are kept constant. Our Mitutoyo 3D CNC measuring machine provides high-precision measurements over a range of 705 x 1,005 x 605 mm and features an automatic probe changer.

With additional calibrated measuring tools, such as height gauges and profile projectors, we inspect each part either by sampling or in full, depending on customer specifications. The measurement results are recorded in inspection reports, providing demonstrable quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001.

CNC Milling Machines

Our milling department features modern 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, capable of handling workpieces up to 2,600 mm (X), 750 mm (Y), and 800 mm (Z). The machines are equipped with internal cooling up to 80 bar, a 3D measuring probe, and space for over 200 tools.

5-Axis Milling

With 5-axis simultaneous milling, we can produce complex parts, improving accuracy while reducing machining time. With spindle speeds ranging from 20 to 18,000 RPM, we can process a wide range of materials, from aluminum to stainless steel, under optimal cutting conditions.

CAD-CAM Department

Our CAD-CAM department consists of several experienced programmers who work directly from 3D models. This allows us to quickly and accurately translate every design into an efficient CNC process.
