Specialist in Precision Turning

Veehof specializes in CNC turning of precision mechanical parts. With over sixty years of experience, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Our CNC lathes produce accurate components for industries such as machinery manufacturing, semiconductors, food production, and packaging.

What sets us apart is the combination of flexibility, reliability, and a high degree of automation. Almost all of our lathes are equipped with bar feeders and automated systems. This enables us to produce competitively even in smaller series, while maintaining consistently high delivery reliability.

We work for, among others

Semiconductor Industry

The semiconductor industry demands extremely high standards of precision and cleanliness. Veehof manufactures components for vacuum chambers, optical modules, and mechanical parts in lithography and inspection systems. Our ISO 9001-certified processes, climate-controlled measurement room, and experience with non-ferrous metals make us a reliable partner in this sector.

Complex Turning and Precision Products

Veehof delivers both single pieces and series production. The strength of our CNC turning lies in the efficient machining of parts up to the size of a shoebox, the type of work we do on a daily basis. However, we are also capable of handling more complex components and larger turning work.

Turn-Mill Combination Available

Thanks to the combination of CNC turning and milling, we can produce parts in a single setup. This reduces lead time and minimizes measurement deviations.

Our lathes are programmed to be interchangeable: if one machine requires maintenance, another can take over the process. This redundancy makes us flexible and ensures continuity.

Turn-Mill Machines

Available 24/7

Our modern production department consists of multiple computer-controlled turning and milling machines, each equipped with automatic bar feeders. This allows us to turn efficiently, even for small series. Thanks to our automation, we can continue working in the evening without the need for night shifts: our evening shift colleagues keep the process running, supported by smart programming and monitoring.

This way, we combine productivity with quality while keeping lead times short.

Materials we machine

Our CNC lathes are suitable for a wide range of materials, from stainless steel and aluminum to non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. We turn both single pieces and series production with high dimensional accuracy and consistent quality. Below are some examples of materials we can machine with precision:

Stainless steels: 304, 303, 316, duplex, and 17-4PH
Aluminum alloys: 6082, 5083, and 7075
Non-ferrous materials: Brass, copper, and phosphor bronze
Structural and tool steels: S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4, 1.2379, 1.4112, and 1.2083
Engineering plastics: POM-C, PEEK, HMPE, and PC
Special metals: Titanium and nickel alloys

Inspection in Climate-Controlled Measurement Room

Depending on the complexity, interim and final inspections are carried out in our climate-controlled measurement room. Every product that leaves our factory meets the specifications outlined in the drawings: verifiably inspected in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Background Information

What is CNC Turning?

CNC turning is a computer-controlled metalworking process where the workpiece rotates and the tool remains stationary. The machine precisely removes material to create cylindrical or conical shapes.

Why CNC Turning?

CNC turning offers speed, repeatability, and precision. The result: parts with consistent quality, ideal for demanding applications in industries such as high-tech and machinery manufacturing.
