Veehof delivers both single pieces and series production. The strength of our CNC turning lies in the efficient machining of parts up to the size of a shoebox, the type of work we do on a daily basis. However, we are also capable of handling more complex components and larger turning work.
Thanks to the combination of CNC turning and milling, we can produce parts in a single setup. This reduces lead time and minimizes measurement deviations.
Our lathes are programmed to be interchangeable: if one machine requires maintenance, another can take over the process. This redundancy makes us flexible and ensures continuity.
Our modern production department consists of multiple computer-controlled turning and milling machines, each equipped with automatic bar feeders. This allows us to turn efficiently, even for small series. Thanks to our automation, we can continue working in the evening without the need for night shifts: our evening shift colleagues keep the process running, supported by smart programming and monitoring.
